PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT CAREFULLY!
Thank you for using PSAide's credits value-added services. To use the PSAide Credits Recharge Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"), you shall read and comply with the PSAide Credits Recharge Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the corresponding clauses that exempt or limit liability which are bolded or underlined, as well as separate agreements for activating or using certain services, and choose to accept or not accept. Your purchase or acceptance of gifts or other acquisition behaviors of this Service shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. Minors should review and perform this Agreement accompanied by their legal guardians, and minors' exercise and performance of rights and obligations under this Agreement shall be deemed to have obtained the approval of their legal guardians.
This Agreement is an agreement between the service user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and PSAide regarding credits recharge and the use of value-added services provided by PSAide. Before using the recharge service agreed in this Agreement, you must first become a registered user of PSAide. After purchasing credits on the PSAide platform through the recharge page, you can use the value-added services on the PSAide platform by consuming credits.
To obtain the recharge service, please carefully read and fully understand the various rules and requirements of this platform, as well as the laws and regulations related to internet information services. If you object to any clause of this Agreement, you may choose not to use the recharge service; if you independently choose to complete the recharge procedure according to the page prompts, it shall be deemed that you agree to abide by all clauses of this Agreement, as well as any modifications we may make to this Agreement at any time in the future, and fully submit to our unified management.
The terms of this Agreement may be changed by PSAide at any time, and you must review this Agreement regularly. Once the terms of this Agreement are changed, PSAide will prompt the changed content on the relevant page or announce it in other ways. The changed Agreement shall automatically replace the original Agreement once it is published. If you do not agree to any change made by PSAide to this Agreement, you should immediately stop using the relevant services provided by PSAide. If you continue to use PSAide's relevant services after the change of this Agreement, it shall be deemed that you have fully agreed to the changed Agreement.
When using the recharge service, you must confirm that the account you use for recharge is independently maintained and used by you and you shall independently bear all responsibilities. Any account risks arising from your lending, transferring to others or improper storage shall be borne by you. You need to ensure that you have full capacity for civil conduct, have reached the age of 18, and have the right and ability to agree to all contents of this clause and related agreements.
PSAide has the right to supervise, prompt and inspect all activities when you use the recharge service and value-added services on the platform. If your behavior violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement or other PSAide platform agreements or rules, PSAide has the right to require you to correct and pursue your responsibilities. If any loss is caused to PSAide, PSAide has the right to require you to bear corresponding compensation liability.
The credits you obtain by using the recharge service are temporarily limited to be used on this platform in accordance with the rules prompted on the page. This platform has the right to adjust, modify, improve, optimize, upgrade or suspend or cancel this recharge function and credit usage scenarios according to business development plans, relevant laws and regulations or regulatory requirements. You shall not pursue the platform for breach of contract or tort liability for this. When this platform carries out the aforesaid actions, it will announce on this platform and take effect automatically from the date of announcement, without separately notifying you, and will not bear any liability for any losses caused to you by such actions.
You clearly understand and agree that your recharge method is the payment method collected by the toll operator on behalf of you. You may face certain commercial risks by paying through this payment method, including but not limited to criminals using your account or bank card and other valuable cards to conduct illegal activities, which may cause corresponding economic losses to you. You shall bear the consequences of pursuing the infringer for infringement liability and failing to pursue liability by yourself.
You shall be responsible for properly and correctly keeping, using and maintaining the account, account information and account password applied for on the PSAide platform. You shall take necessary and effective confidentiality measures for your account information and account password. PSAide shall not be liable for any losses caused by the leakage of your account password due to non-PSAide reasons or improper keeping, use and maintenance. At the same time, to protect your safety and privacy, please do not share your account with others, and do not tell others your account and password, otherwise PSAide has the right to freeze the account with abnormal use.
You understand and agree that PSAide has the right to provide its platform services free of charge or for a fee. The credits you obtain through recharge can be used for value-added services provided by the PSAide platform, and shall not be used for any other purposes. The prices of such value-added services are in credits, and the specific price information will be determined by PSAide and displayed on the relevant service page.
In the payment system of the PSAide platform, you can recharge credits for your account according to the rules displayed on the recharge page. The exchange rate between credits and legal tender shall be subject to the page display. PSAide has the right to change the above exchange rate at any time according to the operation situation, and will display it on the service page of the channel related to your purchase of credits. Please recognize the official recharge platform of the platform as the only recharge platform. Any adverse consequences such as recharge abnormalities caused by your recharge through other non-official channels shall be borne by you.
You can check your credits recharge status on this platform at any time. If you have any objection to the recharge record, you shall immediately raise it to this platform. If there is an error after verification by this platform, it will be corrected; otherwise, you agree to take the transaction record on this platform as the only valid basis for the recharge amount.
You should carefully confirm your account and carefully select relevant operation options before recharging. If you damage your own rights and interests due to wrong account input, improper operation or misunderstanding of the recharge billing method, PSAide will not make any compensation or indemnity.
You confirm that once the credits are successfully recharged, they cannot be exchanged for legal tender or transferred to others under any circumstances, except as explicitly stipulated by laws and regulations. Except as explicitly stipulated by laws and regulations, PSAide will not refund the credits after the recharge is completed.
You confirm that credits can only be used to purchase specific value-added services on the PSAide platform, and shall not be traded with any third party other than PSAide under any circumstances, nor traded on any third-party platform other than the PSAide platform; if you violate the aforesaid agreement and cause any loss to you or a third party, PSAide shall not be liable, and if PSAide has reason to suspect that your credits account or usage has cheating or abnormal situations, PSAide will refuse you to use credits for payment until relevant blocking measures are adopted as agreed in this Agreement.
PSAide has the right to set or modify matters related to transactions from time to time based on considerations such as transaction security, including but not limited to transaction limits and transaction times. You understand and confirm that the aforesaid settings or modifications by PSAide may cause certain inconvenience to your transactions, and you have no objection to this.
You confirm that, except as explicitly stipulated by laws and regulations or otherwise agreed in this Agreement, any paid service you have purchased cannot be returned (i.e., converted into credits or legal tender) or exchanged for other services for any reason.
Any loss or liability caused by your own reasons that prevent PSAide from providing credits purchase services or any errors in providing credits purchase services shall be borne by you, and PSAide shall not be liable, including but not limited to:
When using the services provided by PSAide, if you violate laws and regulations, the provisions of this Agreement or other management regulations of this platform, PSAide has the right to temporarily or permanently block your account. After the account is blocked and before it is unblocked (if any), the remaining credits in your account will be temporarily frozen or deducted in full, and cannot continue to be used to purchase services on the platform, and the cash value when you purchased the credits will not be returned.
You confirm and agree that if you take the initiative to cancel your account, the credits you have recharged and the membership rights you have purchased will be deemed to be automatically abandoned, and PSAide will not return the corresponding cash value or make any compensation.
If PSAide platform recharge system fails to cause your recharge to be untrue, PSAide platform will take变动 measures according to your recharge situation if the platform recovers, has valid data and you provide legal and valid certificates:
PSAide platform system shall not be liable for damages when you cannot use various services or any virtual property is lost due to the following situations, including but not limited to:
PSAide has the right to interrupt or terminate the services under this Agreement at any time without notifying you if any of the following circumstances occurs:
In addition to the aforesaid circumstances, PSAide also reserves the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the credits recharge services at any time without prior notice to you, and take measures including but not limited to blocking and clearing account balances for the account. PSAide shall not be liable to you or any third party for any losses caused by the interruption or termination of the recharge services.
If PSAide discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that you violate the provisions of this Agreement, PSAide has the right to review and delete relevant contents, including but not limited to your materials and chat records, at any time without notice, and impose penalties on the violating account including but not limited to warning, account blocking, device blocking, function blocking and credit deduction according to the seriousness of the circumstances, and notify you of the handling results.
Users blocked for violating platform agreements or rules can contact PSAide platform customer service to inquire about the blocking period, and unblock automatically after the blocking period expires. Among them, you who have been subject to function blocking will automatically resume the blocked function after the blocking period expires. Blocked you can submit an appeal to the relevant page of the PSAide website, and PSAide will review the appeal and decide whether to change the penalty measures at its own reasonable discretion.
You understand and agree that PSAide has the right to punish behaviors that violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement according to reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any violating you, and save relevant information and report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. You shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
You understand and agree that any claims, demands or losses asserted by any third party arising out of or in connection with your breach of this Agreement, including reasonable attorney's fees, shall be compensated by you to PSAide and its cooperating companies and affiliated companies to keep them harmless.
The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall apply to the applicable law. If any dispute or controversy arises between you and PSAide, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the court with jurisdiction.
If any clause of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall still be valid and binding on both parties.
